Who we are
Zuffi is made by Lisan Systems [Ltd], a company registered in England and Wales (company number [number], registered office [address]). Contact: lisansystems257@gmail.com.
Using Zuffi
You can download and use Zuffi’s free features without an account. Pro and Business need an account and a subscription. Each subscription is for one person or one business, on up to 3 devices at a time. Please don’t share your account, resell Zuffi, or try to get around the plan limits.
Buying a subscription
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from My account → Manage subscription; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Your data
Your reminders, chats and business records are stored on your own devices. See our privacy notice for what we process and why.
AI answers
Zuffi’s AI can make mistakes. Check important information — especially prices, dates, legal, medical or financial matters — before you rely on it. You’re responsible for the messages you choose to send to your clients.
WhatsApp and other services
Zuffi can help you with messages in apps such as WhatsApp. You must follow those services’ own terms. Automatic replies on a personal WhatsApp account may be against WhatsApp’s rules; use the official WhatsApp Business Platform for full automation.
Changes and availability
We keep improving Zuffi and may change features. If we make a change that takes away something important you paid for, we’ll tell you and you can cancel with a refund for the unused time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law. Otherwise, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
